EY-Parthenon is the strategy consulting arm of Ernst & Young (EY) that provides corporate, transaction, and turnaround strategies that are actionable, impactful and provide long-term growth.
The Parthenon Group was acquired in 2014 by EY and a corporate rebrand to EY-Parthenon was underway when I joined the firm. Parthenon teams faced the monumental challenge of integrating into the broader EY organization and differentiating themselves both in the market and within the firm. Parthenon teams sought to build brand eminence and reputation among current and prospective clients as well as generate demand for services related to corporate strategy and commercial diligence.
I stood up content and thought leadership creation for the global EY-Parthenon consumer products and retail sector to generate demand for our services and expertise both within the EY organization and externally in the market. I built an internal website for all business development materials, credentials, core slide decks, and market-facing content and I managed the creation, curation, updating, and socialization of all content assets in the library.
In addition, I served in global and regional secondment roles that allowed me to partner with EY sector leadership to further deploy and promote EY-Parthenon content, services, and talent into the broader EY consumer products and retail sector ecosystem. My work had a measurable impact on my team’s eminence both within and outside the EY organization.
