EY is a $45bn multinational professional services organization and “Big Four” accounting and consulting firm.
EY sought to build brand eminence and reputation among current and prospective private equity (PE) clients as well as generate demand from private equity firms for services related to diligence, value creation, ESG, DEI, and digital transformation.
I created and produced content programs such as the EY PE Pulse, a bold white paper and interactive tool about DEI in PE, and a webpage that featured expert insights and service offerings related to digital transformation. I also created and produced the NextWave Private Equity podcast series, dubbed “gold standard” by EY marketing leadership, which generated over 45,000 downloads across more than 100 countries and ranked in the top five in the private equity category on iTunes and Spotify.
The programs I created and led exponentially increased traffic and engagement for sector content and were recognized by sector and marketing leadership for being innovative, valuable, buyer-centric, and fun.
This report and Diversity Integration Model help PE firm leaders recognize DEI as an imperative and provides them with a toolkit designed to provoke introspection, self-assessment, and action.
